Once the site of a Saxon fortification built to defend against invading Danes and later a motte and bailey castle built by William the Conqueror in 1068, Warwick Castle has evolved to become one of Britain’s finest and most complete medieval fortresses. An imposing sight on the banks of the River Avon, the castle is now a popular tourist attraction and usually hosts a range of fun medieval-themed activities and accommodation. The political epicentre of Britain has sat at this location in some form since the 11th century when Danish king Canute the Great built a palace on the river. In its 900-year history, it has been the site of infamous trials (William Wallace and Sir Thomas More), survived the notorious Gunpowder Plot and been the focus of pivotal political rallies such as those by the suffragettes. The current Palace of Westminster was designed by architect Sir Charles Barry after a huge fire destroyed the previous building in 1834.

A whole lot of neon artwork on display at a salvage yard in Walthamstow. Its late owner, artist Chris Bracey, collected lights for nearly 40 years, as well as crafting and restoring them. Now on display at a salvage yard in Walthamstow, some are seedy – having advertised the 1960s strip clubs and peep shows of Soho – while others are heartwarmingly nostalgic. The glowing grotto’s ‘Rolling Scones’ café serves hot drinks (or something stronger to suit the electrified vibes).

Navigating Heathrow Airport – AssistAntBefore you leave, your depart for your journey to Heathrow, make sure you have a last-minute check of your terminal. Yes, Heathrow has four terminals. It’s quite confusing since they’re numbered 2 to 5. Terminal 1 has not been in operation since 2015. By checking your terminal beforehand, you’ll know exactly where you need to arrive when you travel to Heathrow. However, don’t worry if you find yourself in the wrong terminal upon arrival. You always travel between the terminals via the shuttle bus or train. There are a bunch of handy signs to show you the way.

Located in Upton, just over a mile north of Chester city center, Chester Zoo is England’s most visited attraction outside of London and is one of the best places to visit in England for families. The more than 11,000 animals living in this 125-acre site represent about 400 different species. But the zoo’s appeal reaches beyond just animal lovers, with prizewinning landscaped gardens also available for visitors to enjoy. You can tour these extensive grounds on the zoo’s monorail system to reach highlights that include Chimpanzee Island, a penguin pool, and Europe’s largest tropical house. There’s plenty of other fun things to do at Chester Zoo, too, so expect to easily spend a day enjoying this top-rated tourist attraction. Read additional details at Airport Taxis Newquay.

Airport Transfers London – From London airport many people prefer to take the tube but in case of long journey it is stressful to take this mode of transportation. As you have to guard your luggage as well as you have to make sure that you are boarding the correct Tube line and there are many such problems you have to face while taking your journey by tube. The cost our transfer services is minimal and you can also purchase round trip advance tickets as well as one way transfers.

Hyde Park is open from 5 a.m. until midnight each day. Closest tube stations are Lancaster Gate (Central line), Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly line), Marble Arch (Central line) and Knightsbridge (Piccadilly line). The birthplace of Queen Victoria, and home to Kensington Palace, Kensington Gardens boasts beautiful marble fountains, and the Princess Diana Memorial playground, which is a great stop if you’re traveling with children — they can blow off some steam here on the big wooden pirate ship. Kensington Gardens was once a part of nearby Hyde Park, though is now its own space with a mix of new and old attractions. If you’re a big kid at heart, there’s also a bronze statue of Peter Pan — the creator of this much-loved fictional character, novelist JM Barrie, lived nearby and commissioned the recently refurbished statue more than 100 years ago.

UK airport transfers also have some of the finest line of cab fleets in Europe. The cabs that are sent for pick up and drop services are impeccably clean, spacious, well maintained, with smooth engines that ensure a comfortable ride for the passenger. Based on your requirements, i.e. whether you are alone or if not, how many individuals are travelling with you, the company will send a car along with any other needs or requests that you might have.

Airports tend to be large places and sometimes you have to walk miles. If you are elderly or have some disability, you can apply for wheelchair assistance for you or a family member. It makes life so much easier at the airport and also speeds things up considerably. You can apply for it when you purchase your ticket. Nobody is going to ask you for a medical certificate. Remember this is a great time saver if you have a tight connection. There are short cuts for wheelchairs! Discover additional info at here.

I recommend pre-booking your train tickets though as it’s much cheaper and the queue to collect tickets is normally much shorter than to buy new tickets. Usually I can get a direct train to London Bridge or Blackfriars for £10-12 depending on the day. There’s also a bus station (about a ten minute walk from the South Terminal via tunnels/hallways) that connects you with pretty much the entire country. The North Terminal is only a short (free) tram ride away the South Terminal. There’s also plenty of parking if you’re planning on driving and it’s much cheaper than Heathrow.
